Sandy, Utah – June 7, 2021: WCF Insurance is excited to announce the most recent additions to its dynamic and accomplished Sales & Distribution Team: Jessica Guaglianone and Michael Potter. We are committed to investing in talented individuals as we continue to execute our geographic expansion and growth strategies. 

Jessica Guaglianone

Jessica Guaglianone, regional agency account executive, has worked in the insurance industry for the past 12 years in various capacities. Based in Denver, Jessica is responsible for business development and distribution management in Colorado. Her background includes underwriting commercial lines and personal lines claims. Prior to joining WCF Insurance, Jessica spent six years at a national insurance carrier working as a small commercial field underwriter building out the Colorado territory. Originally from California, Jessica has lived in Denver for the last 11 years. She attended California State University, Chico, where received a bachelor’s degree in business administration, graduating cum laude. While away from work, Jessica enjoys traveling, reading, backpacking, and hiking with her dog, Ellie. 

Michael Potter

 

Michael Potter, regional agency account executive, comes to WCF Insurance with more than 20 years of combined property and casualty and health insurance experience. He excels at establishing long-term relationships with insurance professionals and developing plans to ensure mutual success. Michael is based in the Phoenix metro area and is responsible for business development and distribution management in Arizona and Colorado. Before joining WCF Insurance, he worked for several national carriers in territory and sales management positions. Originally from the Kansas City area, Michael graduated from Grand Canyon University with a bachelor’s degree in theatre and communications. He currently serves as the university’s play-by-play announcer for the basketball and baseball teams. Michael is married with four children and three dogs. He is president of the Phoenix Youth Symphony Orchestras and enjoys training Brazilian jiujitsu as much as possible.
