SANDY, UT – WCF Insurance is pleased to announce the promotion of Janice Co to chief operating officer (COO), effective immediately.
In her new role, Janice will play a pivotal part in the strategic evolution of WCF, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. This promotion underscores Janice’s exceptional leadership qualities and deep understanding of both WCF and the industry, making her the ideal candidate to operationalize our strategic goals.
Janice joined WCF in 2022 as the senior vice president of Small Business, bringing with her a wealth of experience from various executive roles in the insurance industry. Prior to joining WCF, Janice served as the chief strategy officer for Prudential’s Group Insurance and Retirement businesses and held executive positions in marketing and strategy for IFG Companies, Tower Group Companies, The Hartford, and other financial services companies. Her extensive background also includes experience at A.T. Kearney and finance and strategy roles at CNA.

Janice holds an MBA in accounting and finance from the University of Chicago and a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
