SALT LAKE CITY, UT — The Utah Housing Preservation Fund (UHPF) has been awarded a grant through the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines (FHLB Des Moines) Member Impact Fund, made possible by a contribution from WCF Foundation. This matching grant from FHLB Des Moines will help UHPF continue preserving and expanding long-term affordable housing across the state.

"We’re grateful to WCF and FHLB Des Moines for helping us accelerate efforts to preserve the homes Utah families rely on for stability today and opportunity tomorrow."
Funding will support initiatives like Project Access, which connects residents in preserved affordable housing communities with critical health, education, and economic mobility services, improving quality of life for thousands of Utahns.

The FHLB Des Moines Member Impact Fund enables member financial institutions like WCF to amplify their charitable giving.
