Ingredients:
Tomatoes
Onion
Serrano peppers
Jalapenos
Garlic
Salt
Lime (juice)
(Habaneros or ghost peppers for extra kick)

Instructions:
1.    Dice or chop tomatoes to desired size. I prefer my salsa with smaller chunks of tomato (drain the juices out unless you like a more watery salsa)
2.    Chop white onion into small pieces (for my large bowl in the picture I typically use ½ white onion)
3.    Either used minced garlic or get about 5 cloves for a fresher taste
4.    Chop 7-8 serrano peppers (I’ve found for a more spicey serrano buy them at Winco foods)
5.    Chop 1-2 jalapenos
6.    Use a blender to finely chop the peppers, onion and garlic
7.    Add the blended peppers to your tomatoes and add salt to flavor
8.    Stir everything together (sometimes I’ll add a bit of garlic salt if the flavor is off)
9.    Optional squeeze a full lime into the bowl and stir in
