Return-to-Work Services
1. Assist injured workers as they return to work with their employer

If an employee is injured and can’t easily return to their job, we can help identify options to keep them working and productive.

2. Help employers identify transitional duty that meets physician restrictions

Transitional duty work is a win-win for everyone. It helps you to keep valuable employees and keep them productive. It helps them keep a full paycheck and know they are a valued team member. And it helps save money on your claim. We can help you identify transitional duty for those specific injured employees.

3. Coordinate  volunteer work assignments as alternative transitional duty

No transitional duty at your company? We can find work within their restrictions at a charitable organization. It’s good PR for you and helps your employee be productive by helping others. It may even have tax benefits for you. Consult with your accountant or attorney to see if you qualify.

4. Provide resources to help find work opportunities after an injury

If the injured employee can’t  return to work for you, we can help them find a new job or resources for short-term training to keep them employed.

5. Work with policyholders to develop a written return to work program

A written return to work program is a cost-saving asset for your company. We will meet with you one-on-one and help you develop a program with everything you need to succeed.

6. Host educational return-to-work seminars
