1 tbsp of cooking oil
¾ cup of chopped onion
3 minced garlic cloves
½ tsp ground pepper
1 tsp of garlic salt
2 chopped tomatoes
1 large potato finely chopped.
1 Mexican zucchini chopped
2 pounds of ground beef
In a cooking pan heat the oil over medium heat, add the chopped onion, minced garlic and cook for about 2-3 minutes. Add ground beef and brown, using a potato masher, mash the meat to make to small pieces. Add the garlic salt and pepper, then add the chopped tomatoes, potatoes, and Mexican zucchini, cook over low heat for about 15-20 minutes, until potatoes and zucchini are done. Salt to taste.
