Preferred providers are knowledgeable and focused on workplace accidents.

Colorado Providers

Colorado statute requires that an insurer or employer furnish a list of at least four medical providers to an injured worker upon notification of a work injury. This information must be delivered within seven days of notice of a claim, with proof of receipt by the injured worker. Click here to access a sample template your company can use to furnish your injured worker with a list of authorized treating providers. Locations with fewer than four providers in a 30-mile radius meet different requirements. For more information please contact Georgette Cumley with WCF National Insurance Company, formerly known as Advantage Workers Compensation Insurance Company, at (866) 520-9523.
