The Auto Claims Process

Once you file a claim, you'll get a claim number that you can use to track your claim's status. Your claim will then be assigned to a member of our commercial auto claims team who will help you with handling the damages to your vehicle.

The assigned commercial auto adjuster will contact you promptly after receiving your claim and review the claims process with you.

Your commercial auto adjuster will review your policy and conduct a thorough investigation to determine the proper handling of your claim. They will then schedule an appointment to complete an inspection of the vehicles damages, determine what needs to be repaired or replaced, and provide you with an estimate.

Your assigned commercial auto adjuster will issue a payment based on the estimate for repairs at the end of the initial inspection. If additional damage is found, your assigned commercial auto adjuster will complete a supplemental estimate and issue an additional payment.
