Find A Preferred Provider

Preferred providers are knowledgeable and focused on workplace accidents.  

To find a provider in your state, you can select between two medical networks

First Health Network
1) Go to Firsthealth.com
2) Click on ‘Locate a Provider’,
3) Then click on ‘Locate a First Health Network Provider’,
4) Select ‘Hospital’ or ‘Urgent Care’ and search by zip code. You have the option to print out the list or ‘create directory’ which allows you to download a .pdf file, or email or fax the list you created.

Concentra Network
1) Concentra.com
2) Click on ‘Location Finder’ at the top,
3) Type in a city and state and/or zip code, then hit 'Enter.' If you wish, you can export your list to Excel.

You can also contact your adjuster to find qualified providers in your area.
