What Placer Trustee did to me:

They padded a loan I assumed with trumped up charges they tried to support with an unsigned agreement. They applied unagreed charges such as "closing fee".

They cheated me. And they did it in the name of Capital Finance (their customer). Capital Finance would not stand up for my rights.

I was screwed out of too little money to sue for. But that does not make it right.

If you enter into any deal with these two, you are way too desperate. No evidence they have stopped cheating folks.
